Allied Waste Services of Daly City is proud to announce FREE "Single-Stream
Recycling" collection for our Commercial customers!
This new recycling program is easy to use and it benefits both Daly City
and Colma by increasing the amount of recycling collected versus trash. And
the best part - by recycling more, you may be able to save money
on your trash bill. This program is good for both our cities and
our checkbooks!
You should have received a newsletter in the mail explaining the new
program. If you'd like to receive a copy please
click here to download or call (650) 756-1130 to have a newsletter mailed to you.
How "Single-Stream Recycling" works:
- You'll have the choice of a 65
or 95 gallon blue recycling cart or
a larger, green
container ranging in size from 1-6 cubic yards. No
source separating is necessary - all acceptable materials are collected
in the same container.
- An Allied Waste Services Recycling Representative will work with you
to determine the appropriate sized recycling container/number of service
days for your business or multi-family community. A free, walk-through
audit will help you find everything recyclable! Please call (650) 756-1130 for more information or to schedule an appointment.
- Free, desk side boxes are available to Allied Waste commercial customers. All
single-stream recycling customers receive fact sheets and posters educating
your staff or residents how to properly recycle.
